Minor bug fix/improvement update

This update is pretty minor, it is mainly intended to make the first part of the game easier. Although there are other changes.

Fixes/Changes:

- Fixed bug where skipping cutscene does not work.
- Balanced some of the sounds.
- Made first few maps more lenient and fair.
- Beth interaction now happens automatically

Additions:

- Added in a new control option - Dash direction.
